2. This Contest Is Free To All A and E Outdoors Members.
3. The Contest Is For The Best Fishing Picture, You And The Fish Must Be In The Photo.
4. There are Three Grand Prize Winners A Year.
5. You Are Only Allowed To Win One Time Per Year.
