Looking to get an idea of events for the challenge before I pitch it to the club at next months meeting. you can vote for more than one thing, just vote for the things you would like to compete in.

Thanks for the input,

Bob

I am getting things together for this months meeting at Collins. They want to know what kind of events we will be having. If anyone hasn't voted, please do. If you know someone that hasn't voted, tell them too! Thanks,

Bob,

Here is a crazy idea what about a speed shooting with the bow? 7 arrows, 7 targets, time plus score. just throwing it out there....

Idk about the whole speed shoot but we used to do a speed shoot when i was a youngster. They would have the targets set up around a tree line. some were in the field, the brush, and in tree nooks. It was a great idea because you had to move to each target and shoot it then move to the next one. There was a time limit to I'm pretty sure.

Got some feedback this weekend and some guys suggested an axe/hatchet throwing comp. What are your thoughts? I am finalizing the list for tomorrow nights meeting.

That would be fun. I used to get in so much trouble for throwing hatchets at trees when i was little.

Went to meeting last night at Collins and everyone there seems to be pumped for this to happen! I will finalize things over the next few weeks and start advertising for it. We will need to preregister so there can be an accurate count for food and beer. I will try to keep anyone updated as much as I can. I am also looking for anyone who can help out the day of the event(family members, friends, etc) I am also looking for prize donations if anyone can lead me in a direction or donate something. Got any questions, PM me and I will try to answer the best I can.

Hey Bob, I'm sure I can get some broad heads and I will talk to my friends in the gun and fishing business and see what I can come up with.
